Ashkenazi poskim are split on whether marrying off a child may be funded from maaser; note that YD 251:3 counts helping grown children one is not obligated to support as tzedakah.
Sephardi
R' Ovadia Yosef permits using maaser toward a child's wedding for one in financial difficulty (reported in contemporary Sephardi summaries; exact siman pending verification).
Chabad
